Hi,

My name is Alberta Aronica Jensen. I am Italian, from Palermo, born in 1988.

My greatest teacher was my mother. A naturopath who dedicated her life to helping others. Since 1997, she ran a small boutique in the heart of Palermo, for fifteen years upon until her death. Where many people came seeking relief, health and guidance. I grew up alongside her work, assisting her, learning directly from experience, and witnessing the profound impact of natural remedies and healing on people’s lives.

From 2019 to 2021 I worked alongside Peruvian Shamans during traditional plant medicine ceremonies. Deepening my connection to the Spiritual world.

In 2022/2023 I studied 300 hours at Shakti School. The Ayurvedic Wellness Coach Certification Program is a year-long Tantra & Ayurveda health education platform. It’s the first level of Shakti School’s Ayurvedic training where I learned all the basics of Ayurveda, as well as the coaching principles needed to be an effective transmitter of Ayurveda.

Those years of self development and commitment shaped not only my knowledge, but my purpose.
